At Devshree, we specialize in premium AD Jewellery and a few carefully selected fashion accessories. Because our products are produced at scale and are subject to strict quality controls, we maintain a No Refund, No Return policy under standard circumstances. However, we do offer returns or replacements in the specific cases outlined below.

🚫 Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds for any orders, except when:

You have received an incorrect item (wrong design, color, or product compared to what was ordered).

The delivered product is damaged or is broken in transit

We offer 3 days Return Policy.

Please Note: Minor differences in color (for example, slight variations from the website display) due to lighting or screen settings are normal and will not be accepted as grounds for a return or refund.

🔁 Return / Replacement Eligibility

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

You received the wrong item, or The item is damaged upon delivery

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Prompt Notification: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Issue: You must provide a detailed, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the product as received.

Item Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, accompanied by all original tags and invoices.

Important: Any return request without the required unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

AD Jewellery items (unless there is a mistake in the order or damage during transit)

Certain limited edition or accessory items as specified on the product page

Products with minor signs of wear or slight differences (such as minor colour variations)

Items damaged due to customer handling post-delivery

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

We will arrange a replacement for the affected product (subject to availability), or

Offer store credit for future purchases.

Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 7-10 Days

Note: No cash refunds will be issued.

📩 How to Initiate a Return/Replacement Request

⚠️ Additional Information

Returns without prior approval or without the unboxing video will not be accepted.

For return requests not arising from our error (i.e., wrong or damaged item), any courier or return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
